Hey gals! So I keep thinking about Homecoming. All sorta questions going through my head. Like... What dress will I be wearing? Who will I go with? What kind of things will be there? What will go on? I don't know! But I can tell you I'm excited to find out the answers to all of these questions! I've recently been looking, not seriously looking, but browsing for a dress to wear. If I read correctly, the theme this year is red carpet, and it is going to be at Hudson Garden. I don't wanna have too formal of a dress but, I mean, of couse I wanna look great. Who doesn't?? LOL! But seriously, I would love to get that dress that makes me feel really good about myself everytime I put it on. Now, the trick is just finding it. I know this is kinda deep, I mean, it's just Homecoming dresses. But wherever you go, you should always feel good about yourself. And on a night as special as Homecoming, you definitely wanna feel and look good. Am I right? Well, I've seen Shelby's dress and I would love to know where you got that so I could possibly take a peek there too. And I would love to see everybody else's dresses too. If it's not a hassle. Or at least describe it. I can't wait to see you all at school!
Calvin Camp '08!
So I had like the best time at Calvin Camp this year. It was absolutely AMAZING! Riflery, archery, crafts, games, swimming, and bible was so much fun! The only thing I didn't really like was getting sprayed off by the hose. That was so cold! It's hard to breathe when they do that! I just got goose bumps thinking about it! No lie! I don't think I'll ever forget my barn experience. (LOL Shelby!) It was like 12:30 AM or something like that and it was our last night there. A bunch of people still wanted to touch the barn, even though curfew was a half hour ago. Oh well! Anyway, I don't think I let go of Shelby that whole time. We walked down, elbows linked. We walked to the barn, elbows linked. Well, we didn't run back linked...I'll explain that in a second. And once we got back, we didn't let go of each other. Funny! I'll tell you the story. OK, so there was this whole story about the t shirt missing and how it 'magically' came back. So I think it was Tanner or Shaffer (who gave me his cold...thanks a lot Shaffer), anyway, it was one of the two who gave us the t shirt to go place on the corner of the barn. So Shelby and I walk down. I tried to keep saying things so we weren't quite as scared. Didn't work out so well. We were almost there, maybe 10 yards away, and we heard this noise in the barn. Shelby lets go of the t shirt, and me, and races to touch the barn and then get the heck outta there! I still wasn't sure what to do with the t shirt so I asked Shelby and I just touched the barn, tried to throw the t shirt on the corner and bolted outta there! Scary! AHHH! But we did it! Wheeew! Good times sis! Anyway, it was pretty sweet. I didn't get to sign my name in the craft house because I was moping the round house and the craft house was closing. So Jamie was nice and signed it for me. But it's still not the same....know what I mean? But that's alright. I'll decorate it when I hopefully come back as a camp hand and/or counselor. But the only disappointing thing was not getting a date to the dance... :' ( I was just hoping that maybe just ONE YEAR I would get a date. But no. Didn't happen. I know Shelby and Megan know who I'm talking about, but there was this kid named Andrew. Yeah, the cutest soon-to-be 8th grader I had seen in a LONG time. Great smile, great eyes, cute hair. He seemed like a great guy. We always seemed to sit right by his table at one meal. I would always catch him looking at me. I thought, 'Maybe he'll ask me.' But no. Can you guess who he danced with?? Mati! He was just wandering the dance floor and Mati just stepped right up there. Of course. And I was gonna maybe get his cell number to text him ya know? But the only number he put down was his home phone. Yeah, not calling him there. It's like, "Yeah, this is Taylor from Calvin Camp. Can I talk to your son please?" And its not like he would know who I was right off the bat. I mean really! Oh well. Can't wait for new guys in High School. By the way, school starts in two weeks. Can't wait to see y'all!!

Jam Studio
Ok, so the other day, I was bored. So I searched on Ask.com and found this awesome site called Jam Studio. You can create your own music! It's awesome. You can even download them to your iPod/MP3 player! Isn't that cool? Well, I've been messing with it for a couple days and I thought I'd share it with you guys. And if you want, write some songs and leave the site right here. I would love to listen to them. Have fun!
Jam Studio - click here to enter!
There is a demo section that will show you what to do. If you don't want to watch it and want to figure it out, then there is a Skip button in the top right-hand corner. I wanna hear what you make!!

Today On Versus...
This is a whole new kinda Versus. My mom and I just recently moved. But I am currently living with my dad until construction is complete. Anyway, a few days ago, my mom asked me what I would like in my room: a TV or a laptop. She said that since she had bought a certain amount of things at Best Buy, she got a rewards card worth $1,000. She told me I had the choice between a laptop or a TV. This is a hard decision here! I have always wanted a Mac Book ever since we have gotten them at school. And when I was at the cottage, Aunt Lib had a Mac Book Pro. How awesome! But that one is about $2,000. Not happening. So I looked at just the regular Mac Books, in black. They are about $1,100. But then the TV's are pretty awesome, too. I could get like a 30'' for about the same price. A 30''!! I've never had a TV in my room before! Well, I used to, a while back. But it sucked. I could only get like 2 channels. They were the news and the weather channel. What pre teen wants to watch that? Not me!
So, if you had to choose, what would it be...
TV vs. Mac Book
